Telephone Time

Legal55 automatically captures time spent on incoming and outgoing calls, and ties them to the phone number. The provided server utilizes a serial connection to the SMDR or CDR output of the internal telephone system.

If available, the phone number is associated with a contact in Outlook or Lotus Notes or InterAction to provide better information on who the conversation was with.

Appointment Time

Appointments recorded through Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes are captured as activities for attribution to the timesheet.

Integration with Knowledge Management

Legal55 integrates with major document and contact management systems from InterFace, Worldox, Hummingbird, Interwoven and others to add descriptive information and client/matter attributions to activities throughout the day.
