The 90% Rule

Time capture is not helpful if it only captures 60% of attorneys’ time, somewhat helpful at 80% capture, but highly valuable at 90% capture. This is called the 90% rule.

90% or more of the attorneys time needs to be captured so that they do not need to look at other sources to recreate their day. Our clients have found that Legal55 follows the 90% rule, recovering an additional 72 billable hours per attorney per year.

Legal55 captures whatever the attorneys are working on, wherever the attorneys are working–with enough context so that attorneys can understand and bill for what they did throughout the day.
