The Legal55 Notes Scanner makes it easy to identify fields and characteristics unique to a given form that you want Legal55 to use to describe the time spent on that form, as well as how to assign to a proper client/matter.
Just open Notes to the form you want to gather information on, and press Get Info to retrieve the relevant characteristics and fields.

Create a Notes Rule from Manage Time Capture Preferences to assign time spent on a given form to a client or matter and create narrative using one or more fields in the form gleaned from the Notes Scanner.
