Capture More Billable Hours with InterAction

 

Whenever the attorney completes a phone call or an email, Legal55 records the time spent on the timesheet. If the caller or correspondent is registered as a contact in InterAction, Legal55 displays the name and company, rather than the phone number or email address. No clicks or special prepration are necessary on the part of the attorney - the integration is automatic.

No False Positives

If the phone number called is a general switchboard line that is associated with several persons in a company, Legal55 will display the company name, rather than the individual’s name.


Configuring Automatic Capture

To ensure that Legal55 captures this information, just select Manage Time Capture Preferences from the File menu. On the “Contacts and Meetings” tab, confirm that iManage and Use Document Management System for Matter Identification are both checked. The Legal55 Network Appliance will also need certain information on the location of the InterAction SQL Server database.
