Automatically Capture Computer Time
Time spent reading, composing, and revising documents and emails are recorded to your timesheet automatically without having to click anything at all.
If the document is registered in a document management system such as Hummingbird, Interwoven Worksite or Worldox, Legal55 looks up the registry information to attribute the time to the proper client and matter.
Automatically Capture Phone Time
As you complete phone calls, they are registered as time entries in Legal55 with the phone number.
If the firm has caller ID, the calling party will be identified. If the firm requires dialing in an account code to make long-distance calls, this code is used to automatically assign the time to the proper client and matter.
If the contact exists in your Outlook, Notes or InterAction contact lists, the appropriate name and company will be displayed, rather than just the phone number.
Automatically Capture Meeting Time
Meetings and appointments scheduled electronically with Lotus Notes or Microsoft Outlook are automatically recorded to your timesheet as the appointment concludes.
Impromptu meetings are also captured as time you are away from the computer, even when no meeting is scheduled.
